Since knowing your home buyer’s motivation is key to negotiating, as home sellers, we need to know if your buyer needs to move quickly? Are they relocating? Or do the buyers have plenty of time to move? Knowing the buyer’s timeline is information that will help you when negotiating your home.
Buyers are looking to purchase a home for the least amount of money and the least amount of hassle. When you’re buying, everyone is looking for a deal. Every buyer has their own negotiating.
